In a scenic area in Høll by Hvidbjerg is a single-family house with a view to Vejle Fjord and hilly wooded terrain. The house is built in a existing cottage area as a conversion of an existing cottage.  One particular challenge was to preserve the building rights within a restrictive local plan, taking into account, in particular, the forest environment and coastal proximity. In the refurbishment, the inner back wall of the original house is thus preserved, and the new house is built around and within the existing framework. The house appears everywhere as brand new with a new internal organization and interior design.
